Our initial focus will be on giving you a thorough induction into the company so that you settle quickly into your team and your job. Inductions last several weeks and involve a combination of on and off-job training. You will have the opportunity to meet key staff within the organisation.
Many of our key programmes are ILM accredited, including Team Leader, Coaching and Leadership and Management. We also offer a variety of personal development workshops, such as effective time management and managing conflict.
There is a strong emphasis on equality and diversity, and so we deliver equality and diversity introductory programmes, cultural awareness and more specific training such as mental health awareness and domestic violence training.

360° Feedback
There are also opportunities to receive support for professional development for employees, with our further education process. Individuals can apply for funding to attend a programme that will aid their career development or progression route. We have so far supported 66 employees.
