Helena becomes landlord for 13 former Servite homes 15/07/2009
Helena Partnerships has recently become the landlord of 13 homes on Knowsley Road in St Helens. The properties were previously owned by Servite Houses, a national housing organisation, who are transferring all of their homes within Merseyside to locally based RSL’s so that tenants can benefit from improved local services. more >>
