Senior management structure...

As well as being governed by a board of directors, Helena Partnerships is managed day to day by the Senior Management Team. They are responsible for the operational management of Helena Partnerships and work with the board of directors to make plans for the future of the company.

The Senior Management Team is headed by Rob Young, Chief Executive, who is supported by a team of three directors and eight Heads of Service.

Heading the Senior Management Team is Chief Executive, Rob Young. Reporting to Rob Young are three Directors, Geoff Brown – Director of Resources, Steve Moore – Director of Assets and Development and Liz Haworth – Director of Neighbourhoods.

Eight Heads of Service work alongside the directors as part of the Senior Management Team:

• Reporting to Steve Moore are Haydn Hansford – Head of Helena Propertycare and Bill Lacey – Head of Regeneration and Development
• Reporting to Liz Haworth are Colin Ward – Head of Customer Services, Nora Wade – Head of Neighbourhood Services and Gill Healey – Head of Tenancy Support Services.
• Reporting to Geoff Brown is Sarah Roberts – Financial Controller, Cath Phillips - Company Secretary and Solicitor and Penny Aspden – Head of Organisational Development.
