As our company has developed, the range of services and products we offer has grown. We are no longer just a housing company. We provide many different services to many different customers, and our aim is to grow our business even more.

The family of Helena brands tells our customers that we offer a range of different products and services, and makes it easier for customers to understand which part of our business they need to deal with.

Helena Homes
This is the brand for our core business, the “bricks and mortar” of the home as well as the services we provide to our tenants. It also covers the work we do to ensure the sustainability of our neighbourhoods, by working with residents and partners to make safer, cleaner, healthier, working communities.    

Helena Propertycare
This is the new name for Building Services, the team of over 150 tradespeople who carry out repairs and gas servicing in our tenants homes. Helena Propertycare also provides repairs and maintenance services to other organisations, which is why it has its own name and identity.    

Helena Living
This is the name that will be used for new, affordable homes. We have set ourselves a target of building 100 homes a year for the next five years, to help meet the need for more affordable homes. Helena Living will work with housebuilders to build affordable new homes for sale, rent and shared ownership across the town. We will advertise these under the Helena Living name.  

Helena Extra
This is the brand for our services to people who need extra help to find a home that meets their needs, and live independently. This may mean the service provided to an older person living in a sheltered home, the community alarm service, furnished accommodation, tenant support and advice services. The range of services offered by Helena Extra will develop in the future.
