Our last corporate plan, published in 2005, set out our ambitions to develop our business, invest in our neighbourhoods and continue to build on the firm foundations we had put in place. We have had a good deal of success in all these areas.

While developing this corporate plan, we have consulted widely with residents and partners about the issues that affect them and our future priorities. The message has been loud and clear. Helena Partnerships has a key role to play in making better places.

Our role as placemakers is focused on:
