Corporate plan...

In July 2008 when we announced our new name as Helena Partnerships, we set out our plans for the next five years through our Corporate Plan 2008-2013.

In-keeping with the company that we are, our plans were ambitious, innovative and most of all, important to our customers.

We set out a number of key objectives focused around our development as more than just a housing association, which included:
- Providing the right homes in the right places;
- Making our neighbourhoods cleaner and greener;
- Building strong and vibrant communities;
- Supporting those people who need extra help;
- Delivering services that are accessible, responsive and local;
- Developing our business and building on the strength of our organisation.
